Fandom Track — operated by Unimorphic Inc.

Effective Date: 2026-10-10

This Privacy Policy explains how Unimorphic Inc. (“Unimorphic,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Fandom Track website and services (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

We collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, and similar profile details you provide;
  • Content you create: fandom-tracking entries and related data you enter, including any Content you choose to share;
  • Parental consent information: for Minor Accounts, the Parent’s name and email address, and a record of the consent given under Section 2.2 of our Terms;
  • Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers;
  • Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, and error/diagnostic logs; and
  • Any other information you choose to provide to us, including through support requests.

We use personal information to: operate and provide the Service and its features (including private/shared content controls and Subscription Plans); process payments and manage billing, including the renewal and cancellation processes described in our Terms; secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse; communicate with you, including required notices such as renewal or policy-change notices; verify and administer parental consent for Minor Accounts; improve and develop the Service; and meet our legal obligations.

3.1 The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 13.

3.2 For users between 13 and the age of majority, we collect personal information only with the consent of a Parent, obtained as described in Section 2.2 of our Terms. A Parent providing consent may, at any time:

  • review the personal information we hold about the Minor;
  • request correction of that information;
  • withdraw consent and request deletion of the Minor’s Account and personal information; and
  • request that we stop further collection or use of the Minor’s personal information going forward.

Requests can be made using the contact details in Section 10.

3.3 Where we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 13, or from a Minor without the required parental consent, we will suspend the Account and delete the personal information promptly, except where retention is required by law.

Content you create is private by default. If you choose to share Content using in-Service sharing controls, the personal information contained in that Content becomes visible to the users or audience you select, and we are not able to guarantee its removal from their possession once shared, even if you later revoke sharing or delete your Account. You control your own sharing choices through your Account settings.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to be reasonable and appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information involved to protect against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the applicable privacy regulator(s) (such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and, where applicable, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec) as required by applicable law.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, after which we will delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your Account and associated personal information at any time, subject to Section 4 (shared content already viewed by others) and any legal retention obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you (or, for a Minor’s Account, the consenting Parent) may request to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; withdraw consent to further collection, use, or disclosure (which may limit your ability to use the Service); and request deletion, as described in Section 7. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law (generally 30 days under Canadian federal and most provincial law). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.

We may store and process personal information in Canada and other countries, including through third-party service providers located outside Canada. Where we transfer personal information outside your province or country of residence, we take steps intended to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection, and we assess such transfers as required by applicable law (including Quebec’s requirement to assess transfers outside Quebec).

Our designated Privacy Officer can be reached at: privacy@unimorphic.ca

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, for Quebec residents, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

We use cookies and similar technologies necessary to enable the Service’s features, including keeping you signed in. No optional or advertising cookies are used.

The Service may link to third-party websites we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices.
